Would your students be allowed to use their electronic devices during tests? What would you do for students that do not have their own electronic devices? If I were a geometry teacher I would definitely allow my students access to electronic devices, provided they are on my terms. They would be allowed to use their phones, computers, calculators, etc. These electronic devices are used only for school-related purposes. Evidence that I would use if a parent questioned my decisions as a teacher would be increased knowledge and creativity of my students have gained since I allowed technology. My students are only allowed to use a calculator during tests other electronic device used would be considered cheating. If a student of mine did not have an electronic device on your own I would do everything possible to provide one for them, because I believe that all students should have the opportunity to use one.
